Control procedures set standards for establishing systems and procedures within each firm to ensure that clients receive the same high-quality service across HLB network.

These quality controls are also used as the basis for HLB’s ‘peer review’ programme. All prospective firms are reviewed prior to their admission and existing firms are subject to periodic review. The important objective of these procedures is to encourage referral development by giving partners and clients in the referring locations the confidence to transfer work in the knowledge that it will be performed to acceptable and consistent standards.
